With offices across North America, Ware Malcomb serves corporate clients with requirements in multiple locations. Unique among multi-office firms, Ware Malcomb is highly integrated, utilizing shared resources throughout the company. As a result, the team delivers consistent design, service, and quality within budget and schedule objectives. Our team takes responsibility for training in house teams across North America in the client’s protocols and standards, alleviating the need for the client to retrain consultants in different geographies.
Ware Malcomb’s corporate account experience includes prototype office and retail design, retail store and restaurant roll-outs, and integration of new office standards and workplace strategy consultation. The team has also designed multiple industrial and manufacturing facilities including e-commerce buildings.
Ware Malcomb develops a customized management strategy and team structure including proposals, contracts, design, project management, project delivery, design development, contract document production, billings, and project close-out for each client.
